Family Missions 2015 at Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Church in The Woodlands, TX for the entire family.
Holy Week Missions are an evangelization project of Mission Youth to serve bishops and parish priests across the United States. Holy Week Missions are a transforming experience which seeks to bring the message of Christ to the world. Today, we are present in 8 dioceses throughout the United States, where over 1,000 missionaries serve during Holy Week.
The mission will begin on Thursday April 2nd at 4:00 p.m at Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Church at 26777 Glen Loch Dr, Spring, TX 77381. On Friday and Saturday, we will begin at 8:30am at the church.
Training Sessions:
It is recommended to attend one of the following mission training sessions. Children do not need to attend. We will cover the schedule, mission area, how teams will be formed and any questions you may have. If you absolutely can´t make it, please let us know.
Thursday, March 26th from 6:00pm to 7:00pm or 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Tuesday, March 31st from 11:30am to 12:30pm
Both training dates will be held at Sts. Simon and Jude´s Activity Center in room 10.
Adults will receive a mission kit which consists of Mission Shirt, Cross, Mission Guide, tote, bandana and material. Children ages 5 to 12yrs will receive a mission shirt, bandana and cross. We have ordered the mission kits and will do everything we can to accomodate your shirt size.
